MedNota at DMEA 2026: Exchange, Innovation and Shared Perspectives for Digital Healthcare

Enabling digital sovereignty through implementation, training and long-term enablement

Three days of inspiring encounters, valuable discussions, and new perspectives in Berlin

From 21 to 23 April 2026, MedNota participated as an official exhibitor at DMEA in Berlin. DMEA is one of Europe’s leading digital health events and brings together representatives from healthcare, politics, science, and technology to discuss current developments and future perspectives in digital healthcare.

For MedNota, participation provided a valuable opportunity to present our solutions to an international professional audience, strengthen existing partnerships, and establish new connections within the healthcare ecosystem.

MedNota solutions for data-driven healthcare

The focus of our exhibition was on our digital solutions designed to improve quality, efficiency, and patient safety in healthcare.

With the MedNota Hub, we presented our central platform for integrated and data-driven healthcare. The MedNota Hub connects clinical processes, patient data, and surveillance workflows within a modular ecosystem, enabling healthcare organisations to progressively digitalise their operations without creating additional system fragmentation.

The MedNota Patient Journey Application supports healthcare organisations in systematically integrating the patient perspective into care processes. By digitally capturing and analysing health trajectories, patient experiences, and clinical information in a structured way, the application creates a data-driven foundation for continuous quality improvement and the implementation of value-based healthcare.

With the MedNota Infection Surveillance Application, we also presented our solution for modern digital surveillance of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). Through structured and semi-automated processes, the application supports healthcare organisations in strengthening infection prevention and control, reducing manual workload, and making high-quality, comparable data available for continuous quality improvement.

Exchange as a foundation for progress

Beyond presenting our solutions, personal exchange was at the heart of our participation. We had the opportunity to engage in numerous valuable discussions with representatives from hospitals, healthcare organisations, research institutions, industry, digital health companies, as well as governmental institutions and public authorities.

The exchange with different stakeholders from healthcare and the public sector provided valuable insights into current challenges, regulatory developments, and future requirements for digital transformation.

DMEA once again demonstrated the diversity and dynamic development of the digital health ecosystem. Direct dialogue with different stakeholders allows us to gain new perspectives, better understand practical requirements, and continuously expand our network.

A particularly valuable aspect was the exchange with other innovative companies and organisations. While some players in the market may compete in certain areas, we are united by a common goal: to advance meaningful digitalisation in healthcare, make health data more accessible and actionable, and ultimately improve the quality of care.

Because at the centre of all digital transformation efforts is always the same focus: people. Patients benefit when digital solutions contribute to more efficient processes, improved transparency, better use of information, and safer healthcare delivery.

Thank you for an inspiring DMEA 2026

We would like to sincerely thank all organisers of DMEA, our discussion partners, and all visitors for the many valuable encounters, open conversations, and inspiring atmosphere in Berlin. A special thank you goes to the Swiss Pavilion, which provided us with the opportunity to present MedNota alongside other innovative Swiss companies on this international platform.

Participation in DMEA 2026 was a valuable experience and once again confirmed the importance of collaboration and exchange within the digital health ecosystem. We are already looking forward to the next DMEA and to continuing our work together with healthcare partners to develop innovative solutions for a digital, data-driven, and patient-centred healthcare system.
